Dear Ranch Owners,
Congratulations are in order to the new members of our Board of Directors! We now have added the following owners to the board and all positions are filled:
Lance Leuliette-3 year position(106 votes)
Deborah Whitmire-3 year position(102 votes)
Amy Del Angel-3 year position(97 votes)
Cindy Simoes-2 year position(92 votes)
Johnny Hooper-1 year position(60 votes)
In addition, here is our new Executive Board:
Randy Mercier- President
Amy Del Angel- Vice President
Monica Hunt-Treasurer
Deborah Whitmire-Secretary
We had 97 electronic ballots returned, 0 mail in ballots and 47 in person votes at the meeting(3 were invalid due to no signature or owner number). We had one Owner nominated from the floor who then declined to accept the nomination.
OWNERS-let’s do better going forward with ALL active Owners voting. This is “OUR” ranch and every vote is important. Thank you for those that participated and for those that will do so going forward! Electronic voting makes voting accessible for all Owners. If you have any questions, direct them to Ashley Spenner aspenner@earthlink.net . Please note your same Nominating Committee team will return serving in this role for this coming year too.
We really appreciate those that just rolled off our board-those that served a full three year term and those that stepped up to fill in open positions as an appointed member. This volunteer role requires a lot of work and time commitment. On behalf of the owners, we thank you ALL!
