As each day passes we await good news to come from Federal, State and Local officials stating that we have passed the dangerous point in this pandemic. We are encouraging all Owners and their families to adhere to the guidelines set forth by health officials and limit their exposure by staying at home and practicing social distancing. With a resolution issued by the Lumpkin County Commissioners today, adhering to the CDC Control and Prevention Guidelines, R-Ranch will be taking additional steps to do our part in encouraging prevention of the spread of Covid-19.
EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY:
(In addition to the steps that have already been taken, which will remain in place.)
Bathhouse 2,3 and 5 will be closed indefinitely. (This includes laundry rooms).
Bathhouse 1 in Chapel Hill and the laundry room in RV5 will remain open and cleaned every morning. We HIGHLY encourage any patron of these facilities to take the appropriate precautions when using these areas.
There will be no guests allowed onto the Ranch. Any guest reservations that may have been made will be canceled and the Owners notified (without penalty and any monies credited or refunded). This includes day use guests also.
Please do remember that you are still to practice “Social Distancing” if you are at the Ranch and limit gatherings to no more than 10 people.
All common area amenities will remain closed along with the Front Office and Maintenance Building. (There is a small area to sign-in/sign-out and pay at the front office door.)
We want to keep the Ranch open and a place of solace at this time for Owners who want to come to their RV or Cabin and are able to practice social distancing and we feel at this time, that allowing guests, will take away from others safety. We are hoping that these measures will only remain for a few weeks and the tide will turn and allow us to resume normal operations as the world heals. We wish for one and all to stay safe and healthy.
