R-Ranch in the Mountains℠ offers a variety of accommodations for you and your guests. From RV Campsites to Cottages, Log Cabins and a quiet stay in one of our rustic Chapel Hill A-Frame Cabins. Learn more below.

Campsites

R-Ranch in the Mountains℠ has over 200 RV Sites with various pad sizes and locations throughout the Ranch. There are multiple spaces to relax and unwind in our RV section that include pavilions, playgrounds, a tranquil babbling stream, as well as function with our bathhouses and laundry facilities. RV camping is only $10.00 usage fee per day for members and $60.00 usage fee per day for member guests. Members are also eligible for complimentary RV Storage.

Rainbow Lake Single Cabins and Duplexes

Relax in our simple log cabins in our Rainbow Lake section of the Ranch. Each of our log cabins has kitchenettes that include a small stove, small fridge, microwave, toaster, and coffee pot. Cabin configurations for the beds are different, but you must bring your own linens. Nightly usage fees can vary from a $15–25 daily usage fee for members, depending on cabin type, and a $60–75 daily usage fee for member guests.

Cottages

Located on property, we have two Rainbow Lake Cottages (2 bedrooms/1 bath) and our exclusive Stable House Cottage (3 bedrooms/2 baths). All have full kitchens, and linens are supplied during your stay. The member rate for Rainbow Cottages is $105.00 per night, and the Stable House is $125.00 per night. Member guest rates currently are $170.00 to $190.00 per night, respectively.

Chapel Hill Cabins

Enjoy rustic indoor camping in our Chapel Hill Cabins for as little as $10.00 daily usage fee for members and $40.00 daily usage fee for member guests. Our rustic A-Frame Chapel Hill cabins have AC (no heat), cold running water in kitchenettes that include a small fridge and microwave. You must bring your own linens. Two bathhouses serve for shower/restroom usage.

Coast to Coast

Since 1972, Coast to Coast has been the industry leader in bringing outdoor enthusiasts access to some of the finest outdoor membership resorts in the country. In fact, Coast’s primary focus is to make it possible for people who purchase resort memberships to travel more and spend less. To fulfill this mission, Coast to Coast has created a system of RV resorts where Coast to Coast membership are accepted across North America, enhanced with open-to-the-public Good Neighbor Parks, forming a network of beautiful properties where nearly any vacation experience can be enjoyed. An additional $10 resort fee will apply when booking through the Coast to Coast network.

As a member of R-Ranch in the Mountains℠, you can join Coast to Coast and use R-Ranch in the Mountains℠ as your home resort. Coast to Coast administers a reciprocal-use resort system for the members of Coast to Coast membership programs. The use of facilities at other Coast to Coast resorts (sites or rental accommodations) is on a reservation and space-available basis. Coast to Coast does not guarantee fulfillment of specific reservation requests.

Group Accommodations

A group event or wedding can reserve accommodations up to one year in advance that include 6 total reservations of various combinations. All accommodations are on a first-come, first-served basis and are not guaranteed until payment is received. Any exceptions for larger groups will be at the discretion of the Executive Director and the Board of Directors.

NOTE: Group/Event may not make reservations for Holidays and/or R-Ranch Event Weekends.
