Nestled in the beautiful Yahoola Valley, R-Ranch in the Mountains is the perfect location for your wedding or next special event. Imagine an outdoor ceremony on the Hilltop Overlook with breathtaking mountain views as your backdrop, or a traditional chapel wedding, The R-Ranch Lodge is 13,000 square foot and over looks 800+ acres of sweeping mountain views and the valley below, which is perfect for a reception that can seat up to 150 guests.
R-Ranch offers an all-inclusive venue package with set up, tables, chairs, linens, bridal room, groom's lounge, complimentary engagment shoot with you photographer, waived entry for guests, rehearsal dinner locations, optional preferred vendors, on site planning meeting, rehearsal time the day before, and full day venue usage. Horse and carriage entrance, cottages, cabins, group trail rides, and other amenities are also available!

*Rehearsal times are scheduled based on event bookings. Final rehearsal time will be given at the 15 Day Date. A $1,000 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your date at our facility. Balance (less deposit) are due in full 30 days prior to event date. We also require event insurance to be purchased and a $500 refundable security deposit. No open flame candles, battery style only.
