2025 Friends and Family Referral
To qualify, the owner must conduct the tour and register their name and owner number with the Sales Office. All paperwork will be processed by the Sales Staff . Upon completion of deed filing, the referring owner receives $150 credit for the first New Owner and $200 credit for any after that. Transfers also will get credit as well of $50.00 per transfer.
