R-Ranch Marketing Committee developed an “Owner Referral Card” that was released at the November 2012 Owners’ Meeting. This small business card contains basic information about R-Ranch and a place to enter the referring owner’s name and owner number.
Owners can pick up these cards at the front desk and carry a couple in their wallet or purse or feel free to open and print the attachment below. When prospective owners schedule a tour, have them present the card to Sandy Stephenson, our Marketing and Sales Director upon arrival at the Ranch. If they decide to purchase a NEW ownership out of inventory (not a transfer) and have presented the card at the time the deal closes (signing of the deed), a $50.00 credit will be given to the referring owner against the next two future assessments (not valid for owner to owner transfers). Referral cards submitted after the purchase will not result in a credit. It is very important to have prospective owners turn in the card when they visit and at the time they sign a deed. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE ALLOWED.
