We welcome you to the owner's section of the R-Ranch in the Mountains® website. We ask that you review these Terms of Use, which are intended to constitute a binding agreement that conditions your use of this site (the "Agreement"). Our goal is to protect the rights of all owners while also allowing owners to post their contact information in the Member Roster if they so desire. If you do not wish to be bound by this Agreement after you have read it, please leave the members section of the site. If you remain on owners section of the R-Ranch in the Mountains® site, return thereafter, or copy owner contact information before leaving the site, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
1. Responsible conduct. You agree to act responsibly if you access contact information posted by other owners. By becoming a Registered User of the Owners' Section of the website, you agree that:
a. You are solely responsible for the content or information you communicate in any manner, or transmit to any person in any manner using the Owners' Section of the R-Ranch in the Mountains website.
b. You will not transmit to other Registered Users, any defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, obscene, profane, offensive, sexually oriented, threatening, harassing, racially offensive, or illegal material, or any material that infringes or violates another party's rights (including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights, and rights of privacy and publicity).
c. You will use the Site in a manner consistent with any and all applicable local, state, national and international laws and regulations.
d. You will not provide inaccurate, misleading or false information to R-Ranch in the Mountains or to any Registered User. If information provided to R-Ranch in the Mountains, or another Registered User, subsequently becomes inaccurate, misleading or false, you will promptly provide accurate information to R-Ranch in the Mountains.
e. You will not engage in marketing, advertising to, or solicitation of, other Registered Users to buy or sell any products or services through the owner contact information available on this Site (this includes campaign solicitations during the annual election season). You will not transmit any chain letters or junk E-mail to other Registered Users.
f. You will not transmit, distribute or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information without obtaining the prior consent of the owner of such proprietary rights.
g. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other Registered Users.
h. You are opting-in to receive correspondence from R-Ranch in the Mountains® on occasion.
i. You will promptly report to R-Ranch in the Mountains any violation of the Terms of this Agreement by other Registered Users.
2. Online Content. R-RANCH IN THE MOUNTAINS DOES NOT: (i) GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS OR USEFULNESS OF ANY INFORMATION ON THE WEBSITE, AND (ii) ADOPT, ENDORSE NOR ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF ANY OPINION, ADVICE, OR STATEMENT MADE BY ANY PARTY OTHER THAN OFFICIAL COMMUNICATION FROM R-RANCH IN THE MOUNTAINS. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL R-Ranch in the Mountains® BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE RESULTING FROM ANYONE'S RELIANCE ON INFORMATION OR OTHER CONTENT POSTED ON THE WEBSITE, OR TRANSMITTED TO OR BY ANY REGISTERED USER.
